Pastor Keith ussery

History

Pastor Keith grew up in nearby Barnwell county but has been an Aiken county resident for 25 years. He is married to Gail (Brittain) Ussery & they have 3 children & 8 granchildren. He has served as pastor of 3 churches, assistant pastor in 2 others & a youth pastor in 3 in his younger days! 

Our Pastor

He is the founding pastor of Aiken Christian Church leading in its birth & growth in October of 2013. He leads & encourages the congregation in full participation of worship, church ministries & activities. He is a musician & singer as well including guitar, base & basic piano. He has been a fully ordained minister since 2003.

Education & Other Credentials

Pastor Keith graduated from Jefferson Davis Academy in 1983. He earned a BS in Addiction Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University & a Ed.S (Masters) degree in Marriage & Family Counseling. He has been licensed by South Carolina as a professional counselor (LPC) since 2015. He operated private practice & worked for 2 other local agencies but now incorporates his counseling skills into his pastoral ministry.
